THE ARCHIVE COLLECTION

‘The Archive Collection’ celebrated the end of an era, and saw the release of new pieces from every collection I have ever made, in addition to some previously unseen + unreleased artworks from my personal archives.

Each object from these 'Object d'Artiste' collections is a special kind of trophy; a symbol of success, that has been destroyed or re-imagined ironically.

There is only one word for these pieces; iconic.

THE CIGARETTE BOXES

While creating this artwork, I pictured glamorous, Hollywood femme fatales of the past, putting pure fire to their lips + breathing in their lost lover’s last words. I like to think they got buzzed on love.

THE SHOPPING BAGS

This collection again pays homage to one of my biggest inspirations, the King of Commercial Corruption, Andy Warhol. Each bag has a phrase on it that might come to mind when walking past someone carrying one of these bags in real life (everything from the envious ‘Fancy Fuck’ exclamation, to the shoulder shrugging, ‘Why Not’).
